Culinary & Industrial Matcha Bulk

Designed for large-scale food manufacturing, commercial baking, and supplements, our Culinary and Industrial grades offer exceptional heat resistance and flavor retention. Even after baking at high temperatures, the distinct matcha character shines through beautifully. We offer highly competitive pricing for high-volume orders.

  • Best For: Bakeries, ice cream manufacturing, confectioneries, and RTD products.
  • Selection Tip: Culinary grade is ideal for boutique bakeries; Industrial grade is the most economical choice for large factory processing where color is secondary to flavor.
  • Common Packaging: 1kg to 25kg bulk bags/cartons, export-ready pallets.

Hojicha Powder (Roasted Green Tea)

Slow-roasted to perfection, our Hojicha powder offers a comforting, naturally sweet, and earthy flavor with notes of caramel and cocoa. Due to the roasting process, it is naturally low in caffeine, making it an increasingly popular ingredient for evening beverages and unique desserts.

  • Best For: Hojicha lattes, ice cream, roasted tea baked goods, and low-caffeine menus.
  • Sensory Profile: Warm reddish-brown color, nutty/roasted aroma, caramel sweetness.
  • Common Packaging: 500g bags, 1kg bulk bags, custom private label.

High-Altitude Origins

Sourced directly from our organic tea gardens in Guizhou, China. The high altitude and cool climate slow leaf growth, naturally accumulating amino acids for a sweeter umami profile.

Wholesale Matcha FAQs

What is the difference between Ceremonial and Culinary matcha?
Ceremonial matcha is made from the youngest tea leaves, offering a naturally sweet, umami flavor and vibrant green color—ideal for drinking with just water. Culinary matcha is made from slightly older leaves, giving it a stronger, more robust flavor that stands up well to milk, sugar, and baking temperatures.
Which grade is best for making Matcha Lattes?
We highly recommend our Barista Reserve Grade. It has enough astringency and tea flavor to not be overpowered by milk and syrups, while maintaining a beautiful bright green color without being overly bitter.
Why does the color vary slightly between batches?
Matcha is a 100% natural agricultural product. Slight color variations can occur due to weather changes, harvest time, and natural blending. However, our master blenders ensure that the flavor profile and quality standards remain strictly consistent.
Do you provide free matcha samples for B2B buyers?
Yes, we provide sample packs for verified B2B customers to test color, taste, and solubility in your recipes. While the matcha samples are often free, buyers are usually responsible for the international shipping cost via DHL/FedEx.
Can you provide COA and heavy metal/pesticide reports?
Absolutely. We provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA) with every batch. We also provide third-party heavy metal, pesticide residue (EU/USDA compliant), and microbiology test reports upon request.
How should I store bulk matcha to prevent fading?
Matcha is highly sensitive to light, heat, and moisture. Store unopened bulk bags in a cool, dark environment (refrigeration below 5°C is ideal). Once opened, keep it in an airtight container away from strong odors and use as quickly as possible.
